Wide brakes

does anyone know how wide regular and wide brakes are? the new skis i want are 88 under foot, are wide brake bindings ok?

they will need to be bent, but it is possible. I've bent normal brakes to fit over a 88 and 98mm waist and both work ok.

you dont want them too wide tho or your brakes can get tangled together.

ya u could use normal brakes but they will need to be bent out so that they can fit...i have normal brakes on my chronics and they are i think 84 under foot and they JUST make it...at first they didnt but eventually the edges carved down the plastic on the brakes...so ya it should work for u with some bending for good luck.

if you can get wide brakes get'em it just save you time in trying to bend them.

and then you have a set around if you ever buy an even fatter ski.

im not sure if i would pay more for them, i got mine for free with my p12 jibs.
