Widdow Maker at Alpental

Does anyone know if there is snow all summer at widdow maker? I heard there was. We were thinking of hikin up there but if there wasn't then..

I don't know about now, but there was tons of snow at the end of june. Who knows what three weeks of hot weather has done to it though.

 
yeah, my guess is that it's completely gone. i know there's nothing left around the parking lots and such (subaru car show on the 20th at alpental!!!!!) another great place is rainier. just go to paradise and hike up from there. i haven't been there in a about a month, but there's usually plenty of snow up there till late august! plus you can build WAY better jumps than the widow maker.

haha, shit yeah chris, maybe sunday the 21st? i've got my big car show the 20th, and i'll be with cindy all this weekend (anniversary!....help kevin, i need to get her something nice!!) oh, and kevin, wanna do the ghetto rail this week? chris, you wanna too? we extended it so it's like, what kevin, 10 feet? 12?
