Why you should ALWAYS get the true age of a girl

So yesterday I was riding with my roomate here in Breck with this chick that he had met earlier on the lift who was out here on vacation. She's pretty cute and all so I let him do his thing and stayed out of the way. Anyways my roomate is 21 and this chick looked somewhat young to me and he hadn't found out how old she was yet, but he thought she was definately over 18. So we ride for a bit then I roll out and take some runs on my own to finish out the day. A little bit later they both come back to our place and start flirting and shit in front of me so I go to the rec center for a bit then come back and go to bed fairly early because it was awkward just sitting around while they are about 5 feet away with me groping each other. I wake up this morning at about 830 and while i was getting ready to go ski there's a knock at the front door. The chick was still here from the night before all cuddled up around my roomate both asleep. So I answer the door and it's a police officer asking for my roomate. I wake them up and kind of go about my business but definately still focusing on what was going on. The cop was looking for the girl because her parents had called the cops to find here some point during the night and I heard him say "because you're only 17 I have to take you down to the station to meet your parents." By the way there was a box of condoms in full view on the chair, and the cop definately saw it. I started laughing to myself and then heard my roomate try to cover himself by saying he was only 20 but then the cop took down all of his information (s.s. number, state of drivers license, etc.) then left with the girl. So now we're just kind of waiting to see what's going to happen to my roomate since the girl was under 18, and he's 21. Pretty funny situation so I thought i would share it here.
 
we had some motivational speaker back in middle school who went to jail for that shit and now hes one of those telemarketing people that everyone hangs up on

I can't believe you think that's funny dude, you're roommate is most likely in a world of hurt.

it is kind of funny, i feel somewhat sorry for him but i honestly don't think he'll be getting in trouble. And I'm pretty sure he's not in a world of hurt because this was some tourist booty and that's it.
 
well, in this case, if yur brutha can come up with a time when she said how old she was, if she lied (prolly) he can say, because of the lie, he had no idea.

definatly. If it's questionable, you should ask every time. This chick I go to school with brought her sister to a party one night. Here's what went down:

ME:Wow Kelly, your sister is pretty hot.

Kelly: You should to talk to her. She could use a decent guy like you and not one of the creeps here.

ME: Sweeeet.

ME: Hey whats up?

*we make small talk, and then she mentions something about finally getting a car. Even though the fog of many beers, my brain still considred that she perhaps she just got her LICENCE*

ME: Uhh, really. How old are you?

Girl: Oh i'm 16...

ME: *Turns and walks away w/out another word*

WHO THE FUCK BRINGS THEIR 16 yr old sister to a collge drinking party?!?!?!

Even if you asked her age, I'm sure she would have lied. That's funny though, I love how some girls are irresponsible enough not to even think of the fact that she's staying at a random guy's house and her parents just might wonder why she doesn't come back to their place.

yea that's what we were wondering but then we found out the cop talked to some guy at our work that led them to my roomate
 
I was at my friends party at ohio state (we're all like 19 or 20) and this kid brought his little bro who was like 14 or 15 but he was really small and everyone there got him trashed. It was pretty funny but later on an undercover came to the party and started asking questions but my friends denied of knowing an underage kid was there and the guy eventually went away. It was pretty funny
