So it just turned 420, 1am in the morning. Me and my buddy just hot boxed his car and on the way to taco bell for the munchies. Pull in to the taco bell. WOOP WOOP. "FACCCKKKKKK" Flashing lights in the rear view window. "Spray that axe!!!"
So the cop comes up to the window (we are a mess) took 10 min to get him the insurance and registration and all that. Talk to the cop for a couple minutes, says it smelled like marijuana, we said we were just smoking cigarettes.
Then makes the driver get out the car and im just sitting in there alone and its really scary, and there is a cop pointing his flashlight at me from a couple feet away. Then they make me get out, and frisk me. They then proceed to search the car. They find empty bottle of bacardi in the back seat, a clipped blunt, and in the trunk a mikes hard.
All this time me and my friend are standing outside next to another cop, it starts lightly snowing, and he is being a dbag to us and asking us why we are shaking and shit like that. He was also searching our shoes and socks.
The officer comes up to me and says whos blunt is this, i say thats not a blunt. He says "well it sure does look like a blunt", i tell him to check and see if its a blunt. (Since it was 2/3 smoked i knew it would just smell like tobacco and all the bud would be all burnt and look brown/black). He takes it to his car.
We are then told to sit in the car. And 5 minutes later the officer comes up to the drivers side and gives my friend his ticket. $260 fine for possession of alcohol as a minor, and for running a flashing red light.
Now that $260 fine sounds pretty bad, but we could have gotten fucked on so much harder. No marijuana charges! Also there was a bowl in the trunk of his car that he didnt find, along with my friends K2 and Salvia (i have no part of that). We then feast at the shitty quality of TBell. So the lesson of the story here is to stop at flashing red lights, even at 1am in the morning.
