Why is my skier invisible in the downloaded version?

Ok, I downloaded gnarshmallow, added the grabpack, unzipped gnarshmallow file. And my skier is now invisible, I think it has something to do with the pman grabpack file, but I downloaded to winrar file and it says the grabpack is good( I think). I have no clue what to do, any help/suggestions?

you have to change the names of each of the custom grabs to the names of the original grabs in order for them to work.
example: Change "skiermodelshifty" to "skiermodelmute" etc.
