the dude only had to say "i can't breathe" 11 times before they murdered him. and from the sound of it he put up with these officers a lot, they probably knew him.

they are trained to hit center mass. Not head was the dude's point.

Anyone who shoots guns knows that the easiest place to miss is high. He was probably aiming center of mass and just missed. He could have shot thousands of rounds at a range and be a good shot at still targets, but that does not prepare you for a dangerous person charging at you. Wilsons adrenaline was probably through the roof. Also if youve ever shot a handgun you know that it is not easy to be extremely accurate with them, especially on a moving target.

Also, after getting punched in the face, your accuracy isn't going to be what it normally is. I don't think there is anyway he was going for a head shot and pulled it off.

Sorry to jump in a little late on this, but Hugo, that logic doesn't seem to make sense. I'm no expert, so correct me if I'm wrong, but if the easiest place to miss is high (which I assume means head), then why would he hit the head not once but twice if he was aiming low (to increase chance of successful hit)? That's like watching someone throw darts at the dart board and claiming that they 'missed the easy parts of the board' when they get two in the bullseye.

Lotta good points in here. Lotta stupid shit also. It's an interesting discussion. I might double post, I haven't finished reading page 3 (and a page 4 now ooh)!
