Its amaizing, this kid throws himself off anything, id give my left nut to be able to do that.. Anyone know how the hell you learn to do a backflip on flat ground, thats what i gotta learn.

to work up to a flatland back flip just do a backflip with no bounce on ur tramp then after that put ur tramp next to a small ledge and do them off the ledge on to the trampoline and then get rid of the trampoline and get a pad and a small ledge and then do them off that with a spotter and after that your ready to try one just on the pad with a spotter

 
i learnt them the opposite way. i started doing back flips off of fences and high objects before working my way down to flat ground. and i was fairly wasted for most of this learning period...

oh yeah, and dont throw your head back, it screws you up, you have to spot something in front of you and look at it for as long as you can, it helps...if you really want to know anything else just message me
