Why is it so hard to post a video on a thread

i have never really had much of a problem so i try to help out whenever i see a video that needs posting
 
just get the url of the video then click the little "insert link" button when you replying to the thread and paste the url into both spots. but remember to take the http: part off or it wont work.
 
you have to paste it into the video embed button though, if you just past you will get all those damn letters and numbers
 
copy the embed code to the right of the video on youtube, go into reply thread with the fancy editor enabled, click on the icon at the top that looks like an f in a circle, paste the embed code into the box, hit add video, and then delete the picture of the f in the circle below the video or else you'll get an (error displaying image) thing
 
embedding on NS went strange all of a sudden. used to be you could just copy/paste the embed code into your post and that would be it. but now that doesn't work and you have to do something else that requires a few more seconds of work that i can't be bothered to do because i'm lazy.
 
Yeah, every time i try to post more than one picture, only one works, the other doesnt. and i hate that you have to like upload the photo to post it.
