here in New Zealand its legal, but it doesnt have any of the root in it which makes you hallucinate.

It was legalized in switzerland too.

And it DOES make you go blind if you drink to much, that much vol alcohol is damaging in large amounts. but it's damn good. I want some of the hallucigenic stuff...

northern spain and the chech republic have the best true stuff. I stayed at a hostel in a mountain range in northern spain run by monks who had green red and clear absinthe, we played streetlights with it. god dammit i hallucinated all night. lots of bleeding colors and fucked up images.

I had some my friend got in italy and it said that it had wormwood on the bottle but I didn't hallucinate, I thought that is was just cuz I didn't have enough, I had a lot of other liquer after too.

absinth is availible in most eastern europian nations not because it's legal but because the soviet union screwed them up so much that the law dosn't mean much.
 
most of yall r dumb motherfuckers and dont know what the hell your talking about, and one drop of pure alchol wont kill you, and u can buy 195 proof liquer at any liquer store in the US, also you can buy the real stuff its just hard to get because if you have it shipped to the US there is a chance that US Customs will find it and dispose of it, and its not as expensive as you think about 60 dollars a fith, which is expensive but not for some shit will make hulcinate....

The stuff that you can buy in the czech republic, in France and in most other places is absinth refined and its not comparable to regular absinth.
 
You guys clearly don't know what you're talking about. True absenthe isn't that expensive or hard to find outside of the United States. It's huge in France.

The key is using sugar to release the chemical agent in the wormwood that causes halucination. Without sugar its essentially just alcohol...
 
i've shot the real absinth. If you want to hallucinate, so i've been told, you heat it like heroin before you drink it.
 
I didn't read any of the above, but here's the short version... the active drug; thujone (from wormwood) is similar to THC. Modern Absinthe however has a much lower amount than 100 years ago. Still effective, but its not schrooms and it won't make you cut off your ear. And its legal in British Columbia. Just like 14 year olds.

everclear is to legal in oregon. i live in idaho and drive to oregon like 6 or 7 times a year to buy it cuz its illegal over here
 
One time me and my friends drank some bad moonshine. It must have been bad made cuz we all started to have increased vision, everything became darker and bluer, almost like a shadow... we have had a blunt before and after as well.. it was crazy..

I recon absinth does the same, its some herbs and evilness in it that does something to you body that normal booze dosent...

its illegal for sale, not drinking. everclear is illegal for sale in ohio too, but i live 5 min from kentucky where it is legal so its easy to get. but ive never had it cuz there is no reason for 190 proof or whatever it is
 
absinthe is legal in alot of the european countrys, but not many people know how to drink it the right way.
