Why I think Proctor jones is Amazing

i call em up asking if they have any more volkl walls in 177. they say their sold out, but they might be able to get some from the volkl shop thing down the street and says he'll call me back later. literally 5 minutes later he calls me "they got tons so dont worry". then i ask if they have the px12jib binding like in the pakage deal, again sold out but my man pulls some strings and gets me the rossi axial2 binding for the same price instead. then i ask, well can i get my %10 percent off for being on ns? and despite the fact that it was already a hella deal he still gets me %10 off.

so all in all i got volkl walls, rossi axial 2 bindings shipped to my door for $540. awesome deal and amazing custemer sevice. props for sure
 
do they have a good warrenty program. i bought rossi 155's from there and one side of the brake broke off. dont know what to do.
 
You don't need to warranty a pair of bindings because a brake busted. You can just buy a new brake. It will be cheaper to buy the brake than send the bindings in for warranty anyway.
 
I am fortunate enough to be able to go to the Proctor Jones (actually ken jones at the retailer)shop in person and they're definitely on the ball. 1080 foil boots for 200 is dope. thats pretty crazy they went down the street though.. hahaha....

theres another Ken Jones in manchester that I go to alot and they have some of the best customer service in the business.
 
does anybody have any suggestions on what i should do??? the skis and bindings are ridable but it just sucks when im carrying them because they dont stay locked together because half the brake is missing.
