Why does my goggle under my helmet look so bad?

So I have a smith maze I think or one of those lines so it’s a pretty smooth helmet and with pads I think I looked okay. Took the pads off after today in whistler and looked in the mirror and noticed I look pretty bad. Then I tried beanie under and goggles under helmet. Still look bad. Maybe it’s because I’m looking at myself without a jacket on and I’m also a really small person? With pads it looks okay though but I want to switch to without the ear pads but it just does not look good. Lmk if you want a photo if so I can’t take one until tomorrow night.
 
Put the pads back in? Then worry less about how you look and put all that energy into becoming a better skier. Nobody cares what your helmet looks like except like 7 middle school kids on this website.
 
Main thing I would worry about is how it lines up with your goggles (avoid the jer gap at all costs) but fs what this guy said^. Who cares how you look if it's protecting you and you're focused on becoming a steezier skier. Progression is what matters and confidence requires safety

I like the airflow with pads off though.

Without ear pads is not good for safety ? I like them off on hot days though but I want to look good when I take them off yk

I do not have a gap I’ll send a pic maybe tommorow you’ll see what I mean

I want to look steezy on a hot day though because I want to take them off when it’s hot so the air can cool me down. Because the ear pads have fluff so it gets really hot

Take 'em out, go goggs over and dgaf what your helmet looks like.
