Why does everyone love crowbars?

Each time i look at kids when im skiing they all have just the simple NS setup Like a holt , giro shiv or poc and just a pair of crowbars witha a tinted ass lens or str8 black. My perspective I really don't like the shapes of crowbars. Why can't everyone just try to be such a trend whore. There is so many kinds of Other gogles that you can buy. Make the world your orster.

SORRY FOR SPELLING TRIED AND DON'T FEAL LIKE FIXING

love my prodigys

but it's probably because oakley gogs are all EXTREME I LOOK LIKE XGAMES MIKE METZGER TRAVIS PASTRANA YARRRRRRRR COOL DUDE AWESOMESAUCE BRO HYMN DANNANANAANANAA BATMANNNNNN

They look dope and feel dope and are super fucking dope and are fucking cool and who the fuck gives a fuck if every fucking kid has the same fucking goggles, they're fucking goggles and its fucking functionality is fucking favored by so many fucking people, not just because we want to become some fucking hipster potheads who feel you must fucking wear something different in order to fucking function in fucking society...

theyre just really comfy with a wide range of view. dont think everyone who wears them is just trying to look like pros and be a trend whore. have you tried them?

well i have two pairs of crowbars. I my opinion they are by far the best goggles i have used, you can't go wrong with Oakley's. They fit the best, give the pest peripheral, and never fog. If you wanna call me a trend whore thats fine, but did it ever dawn on you that there may be a simple little reason so many people have them?

I have 4 pairs of goggles, A frames, some giro goggles, some dragons, and crowbars. The crowbars just have the best fit, lens, and range of view.

Crowbars fit well and are a great goggle, but I think the main reason Oakley has struck so much gold with the Crowbars is customizability. Between customizing strap, riggers, lens, and frame you can have a completely unique goggle. You suck dick at spelling

There are threads like this all of the time. And I say the same thing. by caring what other people wear, you are being a trend whore.

why do snowboarders buy burton? Why do skiers ski twin tips? Why do pandas eat bamboo. CUS THEY DO.

I own 4 or 5 pair of Oakley sunglasses mostly because they were issued to me through the Army. I have never had any problems with them so I decided to stick with Oakley products including Crowbars. They work great, plenty of lenses to choose from, their comfortable, and the lenses meet ANSI z87.1 standards so you your eyes have a little extra protection. I don't give 2 fucks what anyone else wears I wear what works and is comfortable and Crowbars just happen to fit the bill.

I just tried my old wisdoms on today and I was kind of disappointed. They did not fit nearly as big as I remembered and the peripheral vision was terrible. They just start coming up to soon.

That being said I want some I/Os

i bought my first pair of crowbars like 4 years ago and i really love them. not because dumont wore them, or sammy wore them, or jon wore them, or any other reason than the fact that they look really good and fit insanely well. the first ones i owned were grey with black riggers, not exactly the most trendy setup. you have to realize that oakley's market share is insane, and the fact that they have one of the best teams out there, with high profile riders, gives their product a certain prestige. also, the lenses are pretty durable from what i've experienced, as well as the product on the whole. the goggles are ridiculously customizable, and have a wide variety of lenses that suit every possible light scenario. don't be a hipster and hate on things that are cool, mind you own fucking business and go ski. the fact that people wear crowbars has little interference on your ability to ski, so go do that and quit bitchin.

i got them cause they were cheap as fuck and fit. i dont know why everyone else has them, probly because they have amazing peripheral range and dont ever fog really bad.

i just switched to them from from a frames and it is so much better they fit my face better since i have a bigerr face but it. has a good range of view and they arent to expensive and a lot of different lenses sad part is that lenses are pricey

Why would you regret buying an amazing goggle that comes with a hardcase and 2 lenses that are ideal for any condition on the mountain?

You didn't even try there did you?

And to respond to the actual thread:

People wear crowbars because of many of the aforementioned reasons, they fit a lot of people well, they have a wide field of vision, the parts are easily interchangeable, etc.

But more importantly, who cares man?

on your 13 800 posts, only 5 were intelliegent and usefull. your comments are juste annoying, boring, stupid useless to the ns community. get the fuck out and get a life. i rarely go on ns but when i look at threads , you are always there crying and giving shit about stupid things acting like a fucking noob.!
dont even reply back because like i say i rarely go on this site and will probably never hear from you again, but damn grow the fuck up !!!!
period

no its been over 6 years im on that site and you fucking kids are just making this site worst. like your fucking useless reply

when your parent don't buy your shit anymore, you wear what you get for free and you don't have a choice. so that's why i wear them.

Even if they were just trendy, I'm not sure I see what's wrong with that. There's nothing wrong with people choosing to look the same as others.

I love how i lost like 400 K points because all these kiddies are getting pissed cause i have a opinion.

he knows what's up. I love the ec2's they're hella comfortable and have so so much vision.
btw, if anyone's watching X right now you see Jossi's new gogs? new crowbars? im not really a fan

I had a pair of Anons for my first goggles and they were terrible, fit shitty fogged all the time. Then I got a cheap pair of new crowbars off here and I haven't had any problems with. I'm sure smith and electric and all those other companies have good goggles too but I'll probably stick with Oakley when I need a new pair to be safe.

wow... this really is one of the stupidest threads i have ever seen.I have I/Os and love them. Overplayed??? I wouldn't call it over played because a lot of people have them. i would call it a very good product. If i were to buy Oakley, it would be crowbars because they fit way better than any other oakley goggle (on my face). And shit, no one can deny that Oakley makes probably the BEST lense out there. I/Os are, in my opinion the most practical goggles because the lenses are sooo easy to change and the look fuckin sick at the same time. So shut the fuck up about they typical "NS kid" goggle/helmet setup, who gives a shit, you're probably the kid who looks around at what everyone else is wearing just so you can find something different, even if it's a piece of shit, so that you think you're cool.
