you stupid fucker...24/7 had probably like 5 tricks in it total...and do you notice that they never showed pep landing switch off the cliff ? he mightve pulled it out...and if he did thats sick but i bet it looked sketchy as hell. now even harder is landing switch off a 100 foot backcountry jump...youd pretty much die if ou dont land perfectly...skiers have a WAYS to go in getting a lot more variety in the backcountry...but probably someday theyll get it down, just like two years ago i thought that pipe is useless becuase you cant land switch in it either...turpin and reedy defiantely proved us wrong on that one ...

It really isn't that hard to land switch in powder, not hard at all, the hardest part about it is getting back to regular after you have landed switch, anyone have that down? But I think every pro should have atleast a couple deep pow switch landings in their segments, cork 7's over a perfect, manicured park jump just aren't doing it anymore. Unnatural 540 safety's off 40 foot cornices are where it's at.

Oh ya, and Evan Raps in Front Line, that 180 thing at the end, I wouldn't call that switch into powder.

 
It's funny how people are getting so worked up over this. Snowboarding is ahead of skiing becuase it got a head start. Some day skiing might be near the same level or it may not. Smuggs isn't saying he hates skiing and wants to glue his skis together to make a board, it just has a way go. So all you people who are making mindless rants, go practice your 1440's on your trampoline.

i agree that some movies ar poorly made but take a look at last years movies they were all incredible and the 2 trailers ive seen for the movies due out this fall are incredible...let the revolution begin

smuggs i will just end this with a fuck u and have a nice day, skiing isnt as much progressed as boarding because boarding has been around longer than newschool + if u quit just because wow ski movies suck big fuckin deal, your not seeing all of the skiers tricks your just seeing the ones they pull on camera.. so in conclusion, skiing is awesome and if u quit because of a stupid movies u dont and never deserved to be a skier.

man just go snowboard if you think that it's so much cooL! I ski because I enjoy skiing and I think that snowboard rocks but Skiing does too I find just skiing a lot more fun to do than snowboard... it's not about to be cool or ski it's all about to be fun

and skiing is just behind snowboard because it's newer
