Why do people smoke

too chill out and have a good time, not worry so much about shit thats going on.

Now answer my question. Why are straight edged people so concerned with those that smoke?
 
All of us that don't smoke/drink just kinda wonder, if we can have such a good time without it, why do those who do it need it?

I don't smoke or drink, and that's just the answer I've heard. I, personally, don't care if you smoke or drink, I'll still chill with ya. I'm in a fraternity, so that pretty much says that I don't mind.

Cigrettes give you a buzz when you first start. Plus people argue they taste good, but then once you get to the point everything tastes like cardboard, it defeats the purpose.
 
actually. if you wanna fuck a hippo in your garage. video tape it because it would clear up some questions when your family finds you dead and a hippo beside you smoking a cigarette
 
i personally think smoking is gross but i dont care if people do it. its there call if they want to smoke ciggs and get diseases. just my opinion
 
I can confirm this.

If people want to smoke cigs, that's cool, but I don't really see the point. I do smoke weed though, cause there's actually a nice effect.
 
because it gets you high if your addicted. so ive heard. i tryed it once didnt like it, did like a few more times when im drunk and since im the only one of my friends who doesnt i dont like sittin in the house alone while they go and smoke. but it always made me sick the next day. weed is the only thing for me, that and cigars. but never cigs. its a social thing, then they become addicted so that sucks for them i guess
 
Not necessarily. I've been to great parties drunk and been to great parties sober and I personally like them better sober.

because you get "high" and it feels good as hell, and a bucnh of my friends do and and so do i so its kinda a social thing
 
yea cigarettes are gross, and personally a turn off. however the occasianal cigar or clove while drinking is okay. In total ive smoked no more than 10 cigarettes in my life...all while drinking. weeds the shit though.
