Why do my videos keep getting cut short?

Hey NS. just wondering if any one else was having the same problem as me... When i upload edits (if they go through) they sometime end up getting cut short. I know some might think my workspace in my editing software might be shorter than the actual video etc., but i have gone back and checked my videos multiple times, and thats never the case. I have had to resort to mostly embeds due to this problem thinking it may stop getting cut short, but it still happened when i embed my videos.

The encoding system just reprocesses whatever file you throw at it, and doesn't do any trimming or anything.

Can you give us an example of this? like link us to the NS video and the same thing uploaded to vimeo?
