Need more info..... but, let's assume that you are in the correct shell size. You could have the best boot in the world, but if your foot is allowed to flex and move inside of it, your big toe is going to smash into the front of the boot. If you don't have a good footbed, go get one. They easily solve 75% of all boot-fitting issues that I encounter (or at least stabilize your foot enough to rule your foot moving around as the problem).
