Why do I keep landind backseet with rotations?

Why the fuck do I keep landing backseat with all of my rotations that I landed forwards in? Like its literally impossible to do a 360 without landing back seat like a retard.

Do you guys have any tips that can fix this? I am tired of being limited and retarded cause I only been able to do shit where I land backwards.

I cant say for certain what the fix to this is because I never had anyone to tell me how to fix this either. However what really helped me learn 360s clean was learing 270s on side hits and just on any jump in general that had a landing that is off camber also just sliding the first 90 then poping and making the rest of the 270.

Yeah I basically just add an extra 180 to land backwards. I have 270s off rails fine.

its almost as if its more of a mental thing like I be overthinking not to fuck up which makes me fuck up.

It took me two seasons to realize why I would land backseat on 3s. What I did to fix it was put my hand out and find level ground, then align your chin with your hand. This is where you want your head to look for the entire spin, never look down while rotating an on axis 3 (at first). Be sure to keep your head turned until you see your landing.

Pressure against tongues of boots.

Make sure you actually pop

Rotate your shoulders flat, not with the angle of the takeoff.

You’re probably keeping the axis of the spin at the same angle as the jump. You need to pressure on shins and pop a little forward to match the ground

Obviously one of the most crucial parts of a spin is leading with your head as your shoulders follow. Lot of people's natural response is to look back and slightly down, dipping your shoulders leaving you in the back seat. When you start corking your spins out it starts to make alot more sense how much dipping your head and shoulders dictates your rotation. One thing I was taught that really helped with my air awareness is when you pop, everything comes up and I look where I want my rotation to go. Pop up, look, rotation follows in one motion. Sometimes with a quick spin or specially with a pretzel spin when I look back to spin I look towards the upper corner of my eyes, it seems to naturally make me pop up and set me into the rotation I'm going for in one fluid motion without dipping my shoulders.

There are usually two major factors imo. Make sure that you have that forward pressure when you're riding in. U should feel the pressure on the front of your boots. You don't want to be backseat for your pop. the second thing, which really matters for blind twos, is to keep your vision up. You don't want to be looking down at your skis at any point. Keep your head up and spot the landing. If u practice it with those two things in mind you got it for sure

does having a non-centermount have an effect on doing good 360s? i've done a handful of good 3s before but i wouldn't say i'm comfortable with them. don't have centermount obv.

Gee, I don't know. Were good 360s done before center mounts? OH THEY WERE!? I GUESS THAT MEANS IT DOESN'T FUCKING MATTER.

I can guarantee you tell everyone the only reason your 3s look like shit is because of your mount. Fuck off.

This. Also keeping your head level helps. If you look down then that's where you might end up.

So dude I do this with my front 4 outs n fuck 90% of them up because I look down at my feet while spinning. Like straight down at the rail. He always need to lead your two ration and make sure you have maaaaad shine pressure on the take off of the jump
