Why are snapbacks all the rage?

because kids can buy them without taking 2 mins to measure their head and find out which fitted hat they should get. they look like cheap shit imitations of fitted caps to me. fitted FTW
 
lol you measure your head? I think most people would just go into the store and try them on. Especially if you are buying new eras, they all fit different.
 
because we live on planet earth, and in america, where fashion trends come and go. i don't think they look bad at all, there are far dumber trends.
 
haha yeah i didnt really read through what i'd written but its true. either you measure your head and make an educated decision as to which size fitted cap you should get or try on friends/try on a bunch in a store and find out which fits to get yourself a fitted cap, or go down the lowest IQ/laziest route and buy a snapback and run the risk of looking like a baseball dad. (just the image which is conjured when i see snapbacks)
 
well I mean I used to wear snapbacks as a kid all the time...never had a fitted till I was 16 or somethin haha. trends are silly, rise above them and wear what you want to wear.

hats are just a means to cover up bad hair anyway...so now I just keep a buzz cut and don't really wear em except for a little flare to the style or something. and if a girl takes your hat you're in the money.
 
never really been a hat person, but i don't mind snapbacks, they look pretty sick when you don't wear them like an idiot

Because fitteds were cool. But then snapbacks weren't cool, which actually made them cool. Then they became popular and cool, thus making them not cool again.
 
Since when was a snapback mainstream..? Didn't know that shit, i just wear one cus i don't know what the fuck my headsize is.
 
I like fitters better, but I've bought like 3 snapbacks because they were sick hats and just happened to be snapbacks

no chick ever took my hats in highschool, and i got more ass then a toilet seat.

they knew better, plus i didnt adventure into the kitchen to often to have my hat stolen.
 
i wear snapbacks because i like to wear hats... but i am not a crack dealer or a mac miller want to be, so the 59/50 fitted hat is out of the question. i am not a nerd or a 40 year old golfer, so the classic curved bill hat is out of the question. this leaves the snapback; simple, practical, and it fits my style.
