I didn't want to have to do this, but it could've been avoided by simply responding to one of my 3 PM's I've sent you...I'm not saying don't do business with this kid yet, but we worked out a trade almost two and a half weeks ago, and I shipped out my item, but i have heard nothing from him since. It could be that he has shipped his item, and is simply waiting for the package to do the talking, but I'm really starting to get suspicious. If you want to send him your money and hope that he sends your item, just make sure that you don't send your money as a gift.

Kush, you said that you'd ship out on the 14th, but i have heard nothing from you since. Did you send your side of the bargain or not?

the last PM I received from him:

Date Sent: Aug 14 2012 12:20:46 - (read)

KushLover --> Big5hifty

was planning on going today. sorry had to work alot last week. ill get you a tracking# too

I have since sent 3 Pm's asking if he had shipped out, with no response and they have been marked as read.

youll get your 5 panel in the next few days man dont worry. as i already told you im pretty busy right now, but ive been able to drop your package at the post office yesterday afterwork, but they told me it will only ship on monday. stress out bru

The correct response there was "hey I am really sorry about my delay in getting that to you. That was totally unprofessional. I shipped it *insert date* and here is the tracking number". Saying you were too busy for a week and a half is pretty lame. NS may be more laid back than Ebay or the professional world, but you still have to be responsible. When you mess up, owning up to it is the correct thing to do. We all drop the ball, it is how you handle it that matters.

Back to the sale!...

Too bad though, I came to the thread to think about buying ;)

I think you missed the point. It isn't about whether you are "legit" or not (which basically to you means that eventually the item arrives). The point is that you dropped the ball, then tried to make it look like the guy was "stressed" because he actually wanted to know what happened with his stuff.
