I dont know why but this reminds me of this picture I saw either on here or facebook where the guy was lying down on the sidewalk but It made it seem like he was sitting on a ledge. Imma try and find it.

it's not- it's in Seattle as said above. but i did google keller auditorium fountain and it looks similar.
