Whoa pvc....

ok well i just hit my summer setup and its working good but the pvc is way to slippery... I like how fast it goes, but I can't grip the rail at all, which makes stuff really hard... also, its a triple barrel, im wondering if the middle barrel is slightly higher and thats making it weird, so i might take out the middle pipe... any ideas?

if you are okay with how fast it is then just take the middle one out then the ski you scissor with wont have two points of contact everytime you scissor

just tried that, didnt help too much... im wondering if i should have put the pvc closer together? right now the whole things like 6in wide. but i need some ideas about what to do to make it more grippy. like when you grip/scissor the rail now you just slide off, you cant get any grip...

when you scissor is it for a switch up or a 270 (or more) out? cause if you switch up and fall off, its probably because you scissor with your back foot by accident.... my friend does that all the time

are you putting some pressure on the ski you are trying to scissor with?

that might help

or your edges are axtremely dull and cant dig in at all.

i got the 27 easy but i have trouble with a 450 and switchups... but its more trouble with gripping than sliding off... and norwall, yes, my edges are incredibly dull.tried some sandpaper today, and it didnt really do much at all...

the only other thing i can think of is you arent used to the pvc yet... pvcs are always slippery and i have never had one where i cant "grip the rail" ... i was able to switch up fine on all the ones ive bought
