whattup everybody I'm Spinks. I am on the pro team as well as the design team. I work very closely with the owners to develop new products and drive the company forward.

David Bird, Charlie McArthur and I designed the pro twin line for 2005. I did the graphics for the pro twins, and Lindsey Dyer did the graphics for the girls fat ski. The C-Note and Lightspeeds were done by artists, not pro riders.

Things are looking good right now, our new skis should be in this week or next. You roots riders should be getting another package by the end of the month. Getboards.com and the Jibij shop in boulder should also have gear for sale by the end of the month. By Thanksgiving the product should be fully distributed. Limited quantities this year, so get your gear early!

yo guys, im charlie, trying to get some feedback, how many of you guys ride park exclusively an who does some bigmountain shit too (not just hitting the black runs on your mountain)? i've skied w/ a lot of sick park kids who couldnt cut a turn through crud to save their lives, its pretty crucial and will only continue to be more so.

Otherwise, im 19, in boulder w/ spinks and bird and got started w/ liberty when they came out to our waterramps in Steamboat to have me test their first model of skis a few years ago. Excited to see so many kids on the roots team, nice work

 
just park, on the east coast its tough not to ride only park, when i go out west i try to ride as much BC stuff as possible though

 
I ski a lot of big mtn, at kicking horse, fernie and whistler mostly. if the snow sucks I'll be in the park, or when I can't get out to the real mtns.

 
Purly ski Big mountain with a little park when the snow is shit up top. Hucking is where it is at for me. Big fast technical lines at speed is my style. For me big mountain is like a huge DH race course that lets you jib when ever and Huck what ever looks good.

I'm nick if you couldn't tell by my name. I'm new on the roots team. I ride everything. you never know where I'll be most days, all over the mnt. I love rails and long walks on the beach at sunset and hope to be doing more backcountry shit this year, both kickers and riding.
