Who started one footers?

On a serious note, I remember guys like Mike Nick & Nicky Adams doing them pretty early, some of the other Line Crew as well (ie. Pete Mithoefer & Luke Manley). Im sure others too.

one footers have never really been socially exceptable... but compton dos what he wants and exploits it with one footers and liu kangs! snowbloaders did them, they even had grind pads for the side of the boot. Mike Nick.

yeah one footers have always been around but never seem to gain much popularity in a big way. i remember seeing people doing one footers and calling them makios and fast slides and stuff when i first started looking at this site in like 2000. oldest ones in a movie i can remember are boyd and JF in propaganda

3 phils? charles garnier? scott hibbert? there was a bunch of guys doing them since the beginning of the park scene. It's not like one guy and one guy alone did them. As soon as skier started hitting rails they started doing one footers.
