Well first I am sorry about your dad but really... how could he have not seen, felt, or tasted the glass. You open stating that glass "flows" down to the bottom of a pane after years of standing on end...okay its not flowing anywhere its being dragged down by the force of gravity but nevertheless i get your point.

Then there was that big heafty paragraph, and in it contanied a direct contradiction to your previous statement.

you could make soooo much money off interest in 10 years for that kind of money. lets say the rates are really bad, such as 3%. thats over 5.5 million dollars a year. now if you made some very smart moves for long term investing by creating a very diverse portifolio, you will be able to give your kids so much more money.

its one of the perks of being rich, you have so much money that you can easily make more money just to give your kids by living off interest (or even dividends if you invest). you should research this guy named warren buffett, one of the best long term stocks ever. he went from 12 bucks a share to over 90,000 bucks a share in 40 years, excluding a massive amount of dividends paid. made him the 2nd wealthiest person in the world too
 
can you PLEASE tell me this place where you can turn a 3% return on 15.7 and get 5 mill back? I think you mean 500,000.

And you wouldnt take a 3% investment unless it's risk free, because you arent creating wealth if you have holdings in a stock with more risk but less return than a 0 risk bond with a 4% return.

They wont tell you about it, in fact they are more likley to be embarrassed about it than they are to brag about it, unless they sell drugs and are only "rich" (100 grand and three cars in your moms name)

whoops, i meant over 10 years. you can get 3% risk free (banks) but i'd go with a good mix of mutual funds, stocks, etc. they tend to be pretty reliable
 
yea im not getting any of my parents money, they are calling it s.k.i(spend kids inheritance)gay i know but the soo yea fuck im working for life while my parents go off and ski.

since I was about 12 or 13 ive been working from late march sometimes into december part time and full time. I work in the summer monday to friday 8-5 on some of the hottest jobs you could find. Then after school I also work so ive earned my money
