Who needs a room in the truckee area?

Me and and my friend are moving in to a house for the winter in the boreal area. It is a three bed room, and there is at least room for I person, more if your willing to share a room, but it can sleep up to 10. Rent would be 400+ your share of util. 300 per person if there is two people.
 
MEEEEEEEEEEEE. i dont get how its 400 for 1 person and then 300 for 2 people... shouldnt it be 200 if there is 2 people......... more info please
 
It is 1200 a month for the whole house. if we get one person we would each have our own room, but if we get more we will need to share a room. So if we get two more people, they would each have their own room at 300 per person.
 
me and my girl would be very interested.

not coming out until january first though, but will be staying through end of april. Might even be willing to pay a bit extra if you hold it for us.

pictures would be cool.
 
^I have the web page for it, but forgot it at work. so i will send it to you tomarrow. If I hold it, I will need the rent share for each month befor you move in. So if moving in in dec. i would need like a month and a half. I would hold it for less if i could, but right now I will be paying rent for two places and cant really afford to do that, plus rppms that are empty in the house.
 
if you get me the webpage im probably interested, dec i could be there only a week or so though as i have a comp to host in wisconsin and ill be in hood for a week over xmas.......

i dont mind throwing to hold though, show me a pic for the girly.....i could sleep on the floor to be in tahoe myself.
