My latency in WoW is consistently 250ms(ish) and it blows dicks. I did some googling and found this here:

Now I did that and followed every step EXACTLY as it says because I know editing the Registry can really fuck your shit up. When I finish step 7 and try to move on to step 8 by verifying that they have been moved to the adapters, they don't. I tried a reboot to see and they are still there where I created them.
What the efffffff.
