we get some notable skiers rolling through tahoe every once in a while (excluding thall who lives here)... but after the gremlin gamez in donner pass, everyone is coming to tahoe. right now theres forster meeks, wabs, a40, magnus graner, and now gus kenworthy and bobby brown. also pointing out superunknown just finished up at sierra. im just stoked about whats going on right now. summer skiing is gonna be sick up here
 
I have a feeling mammoth is going to start going off in the next few weeks... that main rebuilt is untouchable, superpark, level 1 shoot, people shooting backcountry... it's gonna be a good month.

It's been so good, park laps to the Pallsades, all day! Chute 75 is the shit for corn bumps!

God dam it makes me wish CA wasn't so far to the left. I can't even move there with all the guns I have... I probably will only be able to visit until that's all reversed. Such a shame really.

hey tahoe isnt as left as the rest of california, a little more conservative there and in redding too

Still it'd be literally illegal for me to cross into California with my firearms even though it's part of America. I'll probably just go over there for like a week in my eurovan though just to see what summer skiing is like there. You guys have so much snow :(

CO isn't as bad as CA. We're slowly becoming right again, whereas CA has reached a new depth of leftism. Either way though, I can't move to a state that doesn't allow me to have my guns which are a huge hobby of mine during the summer. Like I said, I can still visit no problem. Just doesn't make sense for me to live there.

Lol. I could easily bring guns to Cali. Stop acting like this. I grew up on the farms in Idaho, super conservative. I am in Tahoe right now and I'm doing just fine. You're making your own problems in life.
 
Just left Mammoth, South Park was so good the last weeks and the Main Park looks super sicker after the rebuild.
 
squaw just announced they will be running shirley on saturdays even after the 4th of july!! crazy shit. gunna come back for class in the fall and start my season!

2 big kickers. 4 in a row in the main line from 25 to 45.ish, and 4 small jumps in the Belmont park. Looks like they were rebuilding some of the jumps in the pump track line. Some really fun boxes and tubes over in the Belmont park. No crowd easy to hot lap.

This is tru. Main jumps are fun as normal same as every other time.

Belmont just are small...still super fun...git my first switch backie on the biggest one there on our gaper day. Rail line is fun...fairly standard.

The pump/jump line in gold coast was really weird....landings were 1/4 the size they should have been. Still fun even though our train all sent the final one into the apocalypse...shouts out to pataguccies toes.

Super pipe is pretty sick...real fun for surf laps.

Rest of the mountain is going off too. Granite chief and broken arrow are sick on the daily. Palisades have been going off. Shirley banked slalom is gnarly and fun. Windlips under Olympic lady can be sent to the moon and back. Light towers area is tight as of last time I was there. Haven't been on headwall but it was looking okay last time I was there.

Mainline still hasn't opened as of the last time I was up...grumpy about that.

Anyway, Reno is a pretty cool place to be. Good bars, prettier girls than Sacramento, and great access to all sort of outdoor activities. 45 mins to SQUAW/Alpine is super reasonable for being a student, and working in town.

We used to go down to Reno to party from time to time. Much better ratio than Tahoe, not even close.

I've seen so much sick shit in the Squaw park the last couple of days. so many fun hits in there, park crew has been killing it. All the features are exceptional and lots of cool lines in there. hot laps til I can barely walk to the car!
