I would say it's Mr. Babu.

Mr. Babu is the crane operator of the top most floor of Burj Dubai, the tallest building in the world. Babu Sassi, from southern India is the cult hero of Dubai's army of construction workers. He's known as the "Indian on top of the world".

Building height: 819 meters (1/2 mile)

Interestingly, it takes too long to come down to the ground each day, so his office, the crmped crane cab perched on top of the Burj, is also his home. Though, when the building is completed, its elevators will be the fastest in the world. Word is that he's been up there for more than a year

Your comment made me picture him popping out his head tho, as if he were high enough, in space, wearing a astronaut helmet, checking left, then right, then dropping his trousers and skeeting freely out the cabin door, observing his spew with a chuckle, as it dissapears deep into the cosmos. dont ask me why
 
burj dubai topped out 3 years ago, so if he was ever living up there, he's been down for some time now.

On May 10 2011 "an Asian in his mid-30's" jumped from the 147th floor. He fell 39 floors, landing on a deck on the 108th floor. Dubai police confirmed the act as a suicide, reporting that "We came to know that the man decided to commit suicide as his company refused to grant leave."
 
nah, it would break apart or get blown around by the wind too much to do any damage. by the time it landed it would just be stinky brown snowflakes.
