Who here likes to gamble?

well top top looks liek a good hand to you if he re rasied me pre flop then pushes all in after i bet on the flop i might be tempted to lay down the AK i would actuall be think set either tens or kings depending on the player, yeah he played like a donk and got lucky but as a good player you should have been able to fold after the flop think he might have a set. chapter 5 in the book of dibbs, dont get to atached to top pair top kicker if the the bets seem fishy or the board gets scary.

we pay with him a lot, and had the 10 not been there he still would have played it the same, thats why i put him on something like kq, if he had kings in thehole, he would have been all in on my minimal raise preflop. i probally should have floded it, but once i bet my 6 bucks on the flop i only had 3 bucks left and i rebought and lost more after that anyways

yeah the player has alot to do with it as well. and i can see that as it played at where you mindset had been. not a bad play

t things to remember,

not calling a reraise is only a small mistake.

your post flop bet should either been less then half you stack or all of it. you pot comitted yourselfalready by puting over half you stack in on a bet. even if he smooth calss no matter what the turn is he is not going to fold for another 3 dollars after callign 6.

and just me if i had AK in that situation i would have reraised him all in pre flop(out come no different burt he may have folded to) this way your are isolating and hoping at worst it is a coin flip. in this case you would have been 70/30 preflop.
