Who had COVID

I currently have it, it's no bueno but not as bad as I though it was gonna be. Still, wouldn't recommend solely for the isolation.

I had it last march/april and I was out for about a week. I have chronic respiratory issues and have definitely noticed a difference. I can't run like I used to and my resting HR used to be in the mid to upper 50s and it's now in the upper 60s to low 70s sometimes. To be fair, a lot of things can cause that so don't quote me on it lol.

Same but now a 2 weeks after I had Covid I started having some breathing problems and some heart pain.

I had it in March, I was really sick for about a week but I had a bad cough for months. Don't think it caused any long term problems

currently in the shit, had a bad cold for like 3 days, been improving since. can't smell or taste anything which is a bummer but we're rolling with the punches

had it a few weeks ago after going to DC. all i had was barely a cough and lost my taste and smell for a few days. wasnt bad for me thankfully

Had it a few weeks ago. For a good 12 hours I had pretty much every symptom that comes up when you google "covid symptoms." Felt fine after a few days but couldn't smell or taste until pretty recently. As of right now I feel back to 100%.

Have it right now, only symptom I had for 4 days was congestion so I thought it was a minor sinus infection. But nope, COVID. Kinda lame being stuck at home right now.

Too all who currently have Covid:take it easy afterwards.I know two people that are both really fit like skimo racer fit.both had a minor infection butt overdid it a few weeks later and both have heart damage know

I am almost 100% I had it back in April (No testing then). Basically it started as a cold then my chest began to hurt and one day I literally felt like I could not get enough air to live and was almost going to go to the hospital. I decided to chill and lay down for a while and it got better enough to roll with it. I was on an antibiotic at the time which I think made it worse so I stopped it. Then for basically 3 weeks it felt like I had asthma with shortness of breath and it constantly felt like someone punched me in the sternum with chest pain. Finally I coughed up a bunch of crap for a week then felt better. No real permanent effects but I noticed I am more sensitive to smoke and other irritants now. As others said just take it easy and take your time to recover, when you push yourself is when your going to get hurt.

I also mobbed down tons of fresh garlic (3 cloves crushed, set out for 5 min then swallowed with a glass of water, 3 times a day) and that helped a lot. There is a bunch of evidence that the compounds in garlic are antiviral and are effective against other know coronavirus types. I actually had times I really started to feel like shit then took my garlic and felt better within 30 min.

Here is the research for the garlic, its good stuff:

I tested positive 4 times over 2 months. The day before my first positive test, I ran 5 miles at a normal pace. Worst symptom was 1.5 days of feeling like I had a congested head, but nothing compared to a seasonal plague I experienced every winter at school. I gave up trying for a negative test. I have no post covid symptoms and still am at peak performance in my recreational activities. Don't live your life in fear

Had it in August and it wasn't bad for me. First 2 days having showing positive were decent then I felt terrible for 3-4 days then back to normal. Not too bad and i was back to life after those two weeks

Can't say for 100% of course but last jan got a fever, couldn't stay off the toilet for 2 days then a week later or so had a gnarly cough and couldn't get a real deep breath. Honestly thought I burnt my lungs breathing hard/yelling in the cold while skiing. Cough lasted like 5-6 weeks but it didn't feel like a stuffy snotty cold. Was weird. The girl I was seeing didn't get anything tho, nor did my ski buddies I ride with so who knows.

Ya but did u eat said girls asshole

In all seriousness, I was sick as hell for two days. I barfed and other end for those days. Felt so bad I could not get out of bed.

I mean I trusted the highly connected with the Oregon Fair person I got the tickets from.

It may have just been bad "A" Train tickets. My sister said the tickets were not that good, but she did not get all sick like I did.

Can't test the theory, as if I get some bad tickets........I never ride that train again. I throw the tickets away.

Maybe it was coincidence, maybe not. I'll never know.

I hate this for everyone affected. For some it's really bad. I wish all here good health, and much love.

My whole family got it as my dad is a doctor and brought it home from the hospital, I was fine and so was the rest of my family but we couldn't smell or taste (we all got our senses back tho)

My dad however had a stroke in the artery above his right eye and lost the bottom half of his vision, the stroke did not affect his brain but he's seeing an eye surgeon soon after getting a few tests run.

Never tested positive for it but I got sick last December with what I thought was the flu. Spent a couple days in bed, had a cough, fever, chills. Never got tested as Covid “wasn’t in the states” at that time - it was just starting to get big in China.

fast forward 6 months and I have full antibodies despite never having tested positive for Covid. I worked in landscaping all summer and came into contact with multiple people who had it/were under quarantine and didn’t get it again.

im just sitting here waiting for shit to get back to normal but it doesn’t look like that’ll happen anytime soon with all these new varients

stop blaming covid

I had it I’m March, was absolutely awful. Way worse than the swine flu or any other illness I’ve had. I did a bunch of running over the year and lungs still don’t feel the same. I have asthma so that might of made it worse for me?
