Lately I've been seeing a lot of comments on kid's season edits saying shit like"dude you barely know how to ski, omg your pants are rolled up you fuckin suck faggot." The funniets part is that in these videos the kids are throwing shit like cork 7 blunts both ways, and one of the kids even had two different dubs both grabbed one of which was switc dub 9 which is actually one of the harder switch dubs. Then I go to the people who are hating's profile and they have like a video of them washing out on a misty 5 or it says in your profile your best trick is a 7 or something like that. Who the fuck do kids think they are hating on people who pretty much rape them at skiing? I mean you have no right to say "you suck because you didn't land that kang in the end of your video or, that double was hucked so you suck" if you can't even do the trick, just something that bothered me.

No one should hate on anyone's videos, full stop. It doesn't matter if you're a better skier or not.

If someone has put hours of work, filming, editing, converting, etc, into making a video, the least others' can do is to give some constructive criticism and praise.

We're supposed to be on here, because we look skiing, and want to see the sport progressive. Flaming kids' edits is in no way conducive to that.

Unnecessary hate on videos should be at least a warnable offence
 
This thread re-news a small portion of faith in newschoolers for me. Good to know its not completely full of douchebags
 
i think i am someone who can voice my opinion, when i please. also i can surely agree with you on this though its just someone style let em do what they want how bout we all make fun of your style ya digg?
 
I understand people have the free will to state their opinion, but you just sound like a fucking when you are critiquing a trick you(meaning the general public) couldn't do the trick in a million years.
 
I defenitely agree with this thread and i love the title... Why the fuck are you hating on someones video.. especially if hes better than you.. fashion is another thing let people wear anything they want
 
Hahaha, thats why in "public" I wear all black so kids can't rip on me (showinz sum mayd skillarz). I agree with the OPs statement.
 
When you say " Rape at skiing" that is implying that being good at park is the only skill that qualifies someone as a good skier, but I do agree with you. I get sick of all the style haters. Keep that shit for gossip magazines.
 
No I should have clarified, what I should have said was "rape you at park skiing." But I do think that you have to be a pretty good skier at any rate to be able to hit the jump that the Young Nigeria aka Ale Brown did a switch dub 9 off of, because the inrun is scary as fuck and the tranny is super intense.
 
I agree with the OP. I think the further into the summer we go into the more kids forget the previous ski seasons and how much they sucked.

his skiing was damn sick, but people just think pants look silly rolled up (which i agree with), people definately weren't hating on his skiing.
 
the last thing needed on this site is to make fun of others. we want to encourage others to get them into this sport and have fun, to progress it.

To the topic: So you say that you have not the right to hate if he is better and otherwise it's ok? I think NO ONE has the right to hate on someones video. Everyone was a beginner once and they're not saying "watch my video i'm prooo", are they?

Maybe some people feel better if they hate but in the end we all share the same passion and i don't understand why some people are so disrespectful.
 
All I know is that you had a fuckin gnarly-ass crash, and I've seen edits of you too and your pretty good, so that's mad stupid.
 
Nobody hates on your crash, everyone thinks it's hilarious, which it is. People just think you act like tool on the interwebz, thus the hate.
 
only because I cant seem to convey my sarcasm. trolls get trolled on. simple as that. youre an ass to me. im an ass to you. if youre nice to me, you will get the same respect. its not that hard to be nice to people online or in youre own personal life.

people claim im a complete tool(which im not) I actually try to help people out, like this one guy that asked to try on my FT's before he went to CoC for NS Week. I have no problem with any of that, i try to be responsible for making the community better. I make helpful posts on here, and get flamed on.

And josh, you'd think people would get tired of that stupid crash by now since it is like 5-6 years old. lol.

People just bandwagon and do what the cool thing to do is, which is usually flame on me for anything.
