somehow missed ulsifers edit when it came out, just watched it, good but not enough to win in my opinion. I just hope level 1 doesn't choose the wrong person like last year, logan still slayed in eye trip but alex bellamares edit was WAY better
 
alex bellemare had a sick edit, but it was nothing the riders already in their crew couldnt have done. logan won because he brought something new to the level 1 crew..
 
if its not torvinen im gonna kick a garden gnome. he has everything. rail steeze, dubs, FUCKIN FLIP UPS

i still think they're picking sig or austin though, what they really need is darblon.
 
that is all, other wise they are just picking one more guy to fit the mold who will bring them nothing new
 
I think Austin's tricks were better, but I know that Cedrik's style is new and will bring a sort of, fresh feeling, to the Level 1 crew.
 
although max morello and cedrik dp absolutely destroyed urban, I would really like borland to win because of his flowy creative style but with that being said if any of the above people won it I'd be stoked
 
I hope Austin wins. He has rails, jumps, urban, and tech along with smooth tricks. But yeah, does anyone know when the winner is announced?
 
i hope yan does.

austins was awesome and i think in the future he should be in ski movies but i feel like i couldve seen an edit like that from a lot of people (MINUS THE RODEO BOX). everything was done in a park, besides the small urban part.
 
not quite sure what you mean by this everyone(with a few exceptions) bring something different and creative to level 1
 
Irony, shortly after they put Alex Bellmare on level 1...

I don't see what Austin brings to the table, I say benoit gordon.
 
i agree and disagree, he would most definatley bring something to the table( just as much as benoit would) but the thing that made his edit stand out was something that would be hard to be used later because as sick as it is now im gonna get tired of him doing a rodeo flip up in every fuckin level 1 movie, and so will berman, in fact they probably wont use that in the upcoming level 1 movie unless he could recreate it in one of their park shoots
 
Exactly other then the flip up, he really didn't bring anything to the table. Amazing skier, but I don't know it just doesn't seem like the right fit.
 
well he slayed everything just most of it was park, he would be great for park edits and for a smaller media company that mostly filmed park not private shoots at mammoth with their own jump. but you never know he could always rise to the occasion and be amazing with level 1, nonetheless his edit was amazing
 
dont quote me on this, but i remember someone saying hes landed dub 14's, so it seems he easily could slay with level 1
