the website dosnt show any park but ive heard otherwise. were getting snow between now and christmas.anybody know what its gonna look like?

The park is really nice right now. It starts off with a c-box and a c-rail, then a small kicker, to a trap box. Then there is the three jump line, jumps aren't crazy huge but are still a lot of fun. Then to a spindle jib, to 2 flat boxes, 1 fat, 1 skinny, to a birch tree jib, then a dfd box.

just to add onto this, jumps probably go 25, into like a 30-35, into another 30-35 but the last one sa hip. But they are all reallly fun like KC said, 7 and 9able

cool it looks like they opened the summit but the website mountain pages are always super vauge. i cant wait to go... 5 more days!

steve your an idiot. hes not asking for a ride lol. drop me a message, well be skiing there from the 27-30th

We got hit with rain the other night, then the next day it decided to freeze. Then the park cat decided to break down, it has really goo timing. So the park is pretty icy and the jumps were not very good at all. Only one this has changed and that is they set up a up rail that is super fun after the 3rd jump.

Tomorrow (saturday) we are supposed to get hit with rain all day with temperatures in the 40's. Then sunday, there should be some light rain occasionally with temperatures possibly reaching the 50's. And it should stay warmish all next week.

yeah man. whiteface sucked pretty hard today. there were gapers left and right with a ton pf ice. the park was ok, not too icy

Yeah today me and one of my friends were skiing down the mountain, and we turned into eachother right in front of where the guy fell, so we got yelled at really bad and almost got our passes pulled.

The park is so sick right now! They made the first jump at least 20-30 feet BIGGER, then they made the second one bigger and better and the same with the third. Everything is still set up the same, but it's prime now. Both today and yesterday were very nice and soft, although it did rain/sleet a little bit today.

They also just opened up the new "mtn" called lookout. It is super fun and has so many rock jibs/cliffs on the side of it. Right now there is only one trail open off of it but the trail is over 2 miles long, so it is still fun. Plus if you make the correct turn you can still get to the top of the jump line, and only miss 3 rails!

sweet man. wish we could could of gone up this week. gores new expansion is really sick too. have they reopened the upper park at whiteface yet?

ya it looks like they were bulding some whalbacks tho

it seems as though they are getting ready to make more but i dont know

I'm headed up to Whiteface to the weekend, can anyone give me a rundown on some good tree skiing/park update. I'm not askin for any secret stashes, just a little direction for a fellow NS'er! :)

the brookside wasnt looking to good last weekend cause it was icced over but it should be pretty good now. They have c box c rail, then a battle ship, the jump line. I really dont no how big they are pretty mellow 25ish, second is prob 30 35ish and the prob the same for the thrid, i really dont no. Then there is a little cannon kind of thing like a metal pole, then a tree jib and then there is either the fruit roll up box or a wider smhorter box then tree slide to flat rail to down falt down.

In thruway there is a pretty nice jump and i dont know what else.

as for tree skiing it should have pretty good coverage, there is a pretty steep real narrow like 4 foot wide line off of upper makanzie to skier left of the trail. should be nice and the glades will all be nice with some new snow.
