Hey im going to white pass to visit my grandpa probably the weekend after christmas. I really wanna ski some park, because i haven't skied any yet this year. Here is the update today...



PARK UPDATE: Tuesday, December 23rd

I just wanna know from people who ski white pass and know it, whats the park gonna be looking like by then? it says they are waiting for more snow to get the park better. Are there any table tops yet? and hit me up if you wanna do some runs together. I will probably be skiing 2-3 days.

i live in yakima which is about 45 minutes from there

ive been skiing there the past 4 days since opening day

its a pretty sick place

they will have rails, boxes and stuff set up for sure

jumps should probably go up this week
 
ya i've skied white pass. Just not since they got the hammerhead terrain park. im really hoping for jumps. It's gonna be sick, im really looking forward to skiing some park.
 
update: coming up saturday, and sunday half day most likely. im skiing my home mountain tomorrow. if anybody skis tomorrow could they post and then i'll check it before i head out tomorrow night...?

I'll be wearing a white godfatherspyder jacket and brown revy spyder pants. white helmet. hit me up iff you see me.
 
i have two free tickets so i'm heading up tomorrow and saturday. i havent skied there forever though. is there some natural fun stuff now? hows the trees on chair 4 and stuff? I'm bringing my skins to go back behind but dont want to cause of the avy danger. maybe i'll see someone up there i'll be blue/white oakley jacket, nasty green helmet
 
Going tomorrow. Should be a blast. Gonna start snowing and not stop till Sunday - four feet later! Oh boy.
 
just got home from there today.

was pretty good all day except for the fact that the power went out and the lift was running on diesel.

but once the power came back the line got short.

the park has 2 flat boxes, a right and a left c, two down rails, and a little rail to learn on.

no jumps yet.

ill be there again tomorrow.
 
steezyfreeskier, big help man! im about to leave this morning, up with my family so its 8:50 and we still haven't left. about to. Its sunny here! +++k man and white pass is going to be great! i just wish they had some jumps...oh well.

Whit Pass was great the last two days. Last night was actually a ton of fun. No lines - felt great to open up and see how out of shape my legs got in the off season! Lots of snow. Can't wait to hit it up after the holiday crowds head out.
 
haha i +k'd you too man. ya next time i head up i'll just ask you guys. it was a really wet day, the park wasn't that fun with the weather. i might come again later in the year though. thanks.

and as soon as i got out and looked up

green + brown, with a fatty RIME*knit on my dome! them caps are super cozy and ballin'!

but i hiked the pillows across the street that day. no lines n fresh pow pow - waaay better
 
ah last weekend was sooo sick a couple of friends and i built a huge kicker off the side of long holiday. my friend tyler (powforbreakfast.) threw a 10 over it
 
Haha, word. I might just go to watch. It'd be tight to get some more snow...I'm over these spring conditions. Anyone been up this week yet?
 
I was just up today. Still spring conditions... don't hold your breath, looks like that's how it's gonna be for the rest of the week. I mean, it was still super fun. Kind of a cruiser day... steeps were soooooo icy, it was like skiing gravel and asphalt.
