If you want a job which gives you a lift pass, then working for the mountain is your best bet, from on mountain jobs to working at one of the mountain owned bars/restaurants. They post their vacancies on the Whistler Blackcomb website.
Also if you work for starbucks they will give you a ski pass.
Join the Whistler jobs board fb page, all the locals business put up vacancies onto that page.
