I was thinking about taking a trip to whistler in late february, but im on a pretty budget. I have 1000 candian and i dont want to spend a penny over that, and i'd be flying out of halifax, which is east coast canada. Id be willing to fly standby, stay in a hostel all that shit i just want to make it work. Anyone think i can get a 5-7 day trip for this price?

Im going to whistler in feb flying from mass. IT costs $1200 US so I doubt it. That was with the 39% of cause I booked early its for 6 days including lodgeing. Good luck with that.

 
Listen up, me and 6 other firends took a week off of school last Feb, and shreded the shit outa whistler. We got a nice deal from skican.com/ everything came out to around 1200 dollars and it was so worth it. Its amazing there and the party scene is insaine. BEST TIME EVER. So what you need to do is get your ass a job and make a little more $$$$ so you can get there. Dont puss out on it at all. I'm not sure if Skican has the same deals, but check it out. If they do , your all set, just go with a few friends.

 
^yea, if you're planning any ski trip, do it through skican or another one of those companies. you get real sick deals.

i wanted to book a trip too. id be driving but on wistlers website if you book in early fall/late summer it runs like $400 us for 5 nights 4 days including hotel and lift tickets

 
a couple friends and I were gonna do a week-long trip to whistler this year, but I had to spend the cash saved up for it on recent drug charges... can't cross the border either, damnit.
