Whistler Snowboarder Trapped

You would be surprised how often that happends at BC ski resorts.

I rescued one at Revelstoke 6 years ago. She ignored all the cliff warning signs.
 
Man if I was that dude and had some money, I'd be giving a real hefty donation to that SAR outfit

he was just in the middle of a dope billygoat line and dumb ol' ski patrol came and stopped him cause they were jealous

Idk. Cool they got him off of there though. Dude was getting a little too sendy.

No joke. I remember one time I followed some guys down off the tram and we all had to hang off this rope one at at time to get over a cliff band. Snowbird is on another level.

Holy shit, how'd that even happen. Like I understand he probably ignored all the warnings and wasn't where he was supposed to be but how tf did he land there? Was he sliding on his stomach and slid off? Either way he's lucky af that he landed there on that little groove.

Like how? Are people ignoring gates and cliff signs? Are the cliff signs evident that it's an unskiable cliff if that's the case? In this video it almost looks like if he went more to skiers right, he coulda hit that chute.
