Hood's public park is way better, you have a 3 jump line, a pipe and a rail line that's pretty creative. The only thing is when the snow melts, you can't ski all the way down. When I went to Hood 4 years ago, you couldn't lap public park anymore around early-mid July, you either had to hike or take off your skis.
Whistler's public park is pretty basic but when there's snow it's pretty fun to lap with the t-bar
