correction, whistlerblackcomb is getting the classic whistler fizzle-out that they always get. Pounded would be 36 cm in a day, not in a week.

Whistler doesnt open for another 24 days so theres still plenty of time for snow poundage to set up a deep sexy base.

Doubt it. Last year we had at least 4-5ft base in the alpine 2 weeks ago. I was getting face shots over the top of my sled. Right now there's nothing up there.

As of this afternoon there was nothing up there, it keeps dusting and getting rained away. I would not count on anything spectacular by opening day.

yea but at least its on its way to getting a base. its not anything like last year but you cant look at that webcam and not be stoked to go skiing...
