well my take on an mp3 player is this: they are made so you can put music on, and take music off, so i dont need something that can hold 5000 songs. i only have 1300 on my itunes, so im leaning towards the nano. also because it has the flash drive
You cant buy minis anymore, but if u have more than i would say 700 songs, get a video, cause if u get a nano, you will eventualy get too many songs for it, and be pissed and have to sell it to get the big one, i have a 20gb color(bigger than the new 30gb video) and i dont even notice it.
i have the mini and i ski with it all the time i love it its perfect not to big or to small and holds plenty of songs, so get the mini you'll love it...
If you have enough songs and enough money, regular iPod for sure. Mine is fine while I ski and the battery time is decent (although it worstens in the cold). If you don't have that much music though, or your funds aren't unlimited, I'd opt for a nano.
get a regular if u have the $, you will use the space eventually, i so regret gettin the mini instead of a normal one cuz my music colletion like tripled after i got it and i have no room left
