Which type of milk do you drink?

this is a hot issue of debate between my friends, some who seem to think that wateryass skim milk is better than the glorious refreshment of a creamy glass of whole. what kind of milk do you prefer?

I used to drink 2% but now that I'm trying to put on weight I've been drinking whole which I don't mind.

LOL

i think we have fat free..but its not skim milk, idk what we have..oh well

Not to include flavoured milk I used to only drink 1% but my little nieces and nephews were at my house and had whole and it was great, that being said I dont mind 1% for cereal and cooking. At work I leave a carton of soy or almond because it doesnt go bad as quickly and if you buy the right kind it can be a yummy and healthy alternative. The only problem I have with soy is that apparently it has a decent ammount of estrogen in it. As far as my insights are concerned every milk has an application.

2% usually.

And intense chocolate milk. Our lodge sells it and I have one like every time I go skiing. That shit is the best.

Almond...drink. It's definitely not milk even though it's called that. I'm pretty sure you can't milk an almond.

Made the discovery milk makes my skin break out really bad so I switched over, doesn't taste as good but, damnit I look good, so it's worth it.

how can almond milk exist if almonds don't even have titties

cream or coconut milk...while i don't have a problem digesting milk, i think i tend to feel better with less lactose and casein in my diet. Grass fed and unpasturized milk from a1 cows is a huge plus too.

Not really a big almond milk fan, its really high in polyunsaturates which oxidize when pasteurized or heated. All almonds sold in north america stupidly must be pasteurized so i wouldn't drink almond milk unless it was from raw spanish/italian almonds.

i need to drink more milk

gotta get dat calcium

nothing better than a glass of whole chocolate milk though

Heyyy this is my kind of thread!

I like 2% and whole. Skim and 1% shouldn't even be considered milk...

My other favorite kind is from OP's mom
