Which resort should i go?

So guys im wondering which resort to go next year.Im from Canada and we will have 18 years old. We wont have a car. And nothing over 2 000$ including all ( plane ticket included ). Dates are 25 feb. to 6 march. This year i go in Salt Lake city and i was amazing but i was having a car. So next year i want to go somewhere else, my friend and I want to go to Banff because we can drink and party.Is that a great choice? or should i go to a different resort? and we want some deep pow !

i went to banff last year and it was pretty awesome. only bummer was it only snowed the last day we skid (about 6 inches of fluffy stuff). and the downtown scene is really cool, lots of fun bars and ski shops.
