I am going to buy the Armada JJ soon but I'm not quite sure whether I should go for the 185 or 175. I'm 175 cm tall actually. What would you guys recommend?
Skier type? How long have you been skiing? Im about 5'10 and am getting the 185s. If you think you're still growing or are a more directional skier, go with the 185s (Considering your height). If you're comfortable with a shorter ski or you plan to be doing tricks, go with the 175 because it'll be easier to whip around.
Skiing for 20 years now, freeskiing for 7 years and now wanna focus more on the BC. I wanna learn to do tricks in the backcountr as well, stuff like 3's or maybe backys or some stuff like that.

What ski lengths are you used to? Personally I'd go with the 185s because it sounds like you'll be slaying the powder and taking a similar approach as I did when I started skiing back country. A longer ski will be more beneficial to you if you're dropping cliffs as well because you'll have more ski to ride out on and more stability overall.
I'd go with the 185s for sure, i'm 188 cm tall and ride the 195cm jj's. Such a fun ski, you'll be able to charge harder on the longer ski, and JJ's generally ski 15cm shorter than their length
