i seem to have a knack of destroying skiis
the last pair of lines i got had mad topsheet peeling on the sides (anthems 08) and i hear the stepups have the same issue.so, if the two skis got in a fight, who would win?
i dont know about lines cheap park skis but i gave 2 pairs of motherships, and a pair of prophets, the 185 motherships have literally made turns on jagged rock faces numerous times and are still skiing tough after 200 plus days with only one core shot. my prophets have no coreshots and have not needed a professional tune and have over 150 days on them.
it seems like on3p models their thick bases and edges after line too so who knows.
other than top sheet chipping which is not really a problem to the actual skiing i have found that the newest line skis hold up great. My friend who went through 4 pairs of skis in the 08 09 season only needed one pair of afterbangs to last him all of 09 10
I say thats bs cause the durability of abangs suck, the base sucks and edges break, at least from what I saw. Also, my friend had 2 pairs of park skis this year and his abangs are done but his other pair is still in great shape so..
I'm 90% sure the blue steele would last longer. I think ON3P only had like 1-2 warranty claims this year. Not to mention the blue steele will probably ride better than the step ups.
blue steele is the only rocker park ski i've found so far, any others anyone know of? im hearin that soon most park skis will be rockered, a concept i will try out please.
