Going skiing for the first time in a year pretty soon, and gointo backflip for the first time since summer 2016. Its got me thinking - what would you guys say feels the closest to a backflip on skis?

Like when I first learned to backflip on ski, it felt like I'd already done it a million times before, probably because I'd been backflipping off slides and stuff. Doing them off a slackline feels pretty close to me in that you feel your body swinging around your center of mass.

Laying out a reverse/gainer off a diving board. Or jumping slightly forward on a tramp.

First flip of the year is always a little scary sometimes. Usually it works out pretty close or you stomp it, then after a few it's like you never stopped.

Trampoline, but the moving ground underneath you is interesting your first time around. Tossed my first flip this year on a jump with a little ice on the landing. Confidence by ignoring consequence is the name of the game. Peer pressure helps too.
