When skiing hard killer pain in my lower left back from landing flat, casing, and falling. It gets so bad that i cant go skiing the next day and it sucks. I tried chiropractic stuff and just advill quick relese tablets it helps for a week then im back to this guy cracking my back. Any sugestions or do you get pain like that?

There's not much that I've found that will help hard impact pain like that. I get it , too from the exact same things. Stretching, getting cracked, and lifting seems to be the best cure other than hardcore pain killers, but you DON'T want to go down that route.
Other than that....that's the price we pay to get the rush.

He thought he could get away with being called out by just putting an apostrophe in just in case.

Well, thats not how it work's

inb4 someone calls out thats and/or work's

i have a really really bad lower back. if i dont lift something by holding my back straight (if i just lean over and quickly yank something up) i'm almost guaranteed to pull a muscle and be sore for a day or two. suuuucks having a broken tailbone and shifting your hips around when you sit to avoid the pain of putting pressure on it. years of that has lead to chronic back problems that i just can't seem to correct. baby steps, i guess..

My right knee. If it stays bent for too long, it begins to irritate me, a shit ton. Also, if I bend it too much it hurts and sometimes clicks... WTF IS WRONG WITH ME?

haha same here man. I also have some back problems and shoulder problems lately. Yeah, i should be in a wheel chair for the rest of my life by 40
