You guys can redicule him all you want, but any of you would have done the same thing as he did. Who wouldn't take the opprotunity to make money, skiing is not a long term profession and being the smart business man he is, he is capitalizing on his fame. He worked hard to get where he is, and just because he cant throw a bio 9 does not mean he doesnt love skiing. He just realizes that his body cant do that stuff anymore. All you lyoung teenagers out there might not believe it, but when you get older your body does not bend like it used to, and recovery time is much slower.

You guys also have to realize his dinner role helped change the way bump competitions are skied today. He gave up his chance at gold to perform a trick that was highly controversial just to help progress the sport, and it may have costed him the gold.

I don't understand why people say Johnny sold out, he's still a skier. In fact, I'd say his current route is a better deal than traveling on the competition circut. He films the challenges for at most a month out the year, during summer. Giving him time to Ski all he wants. As far as taking classes, that's sweet to hear, maybe he'll design a mountain shaped building.

He's hosting a radio show on sirius, too. I heard an ad for it the other days. the moseley method it's called. it's on faction, the same station as bode, tony hawk, kelly slater, and all the other sickos.

To whoever said he won the first slope at x, he didn't. he never won anything at x games. got second to jf cusson in the first big air, before they did slope. Then candide won, then T.hall took over.

 
i don't understand why people dislike him, he progressed freestyle skiing immensely. everything change after the 360 mute grab. and the dinner roll-he sacrificed gold in order to progress the sport
