Where would you rather ski?

I have skied winter park A LOT and steamboat an ok amount and if OP is coming from out of town he should for sure go to beaver creek and vail. Winer Park dosnt have great park and steam boat is only good if the snow is good. You will have a better experience for sure in summit county off snow and the mountains are a lot bigger.

What are the Pros/Cons about BC/Vail?

i have traveled out there every year for the past three years and have had an awesome time every time - just chillin with the guys I went to undergrad with, hanging out, getting silly. So fun - look forward to it every single year.
