I know this may seem a little out of left field, but have you thought about the middle-east? I just went on a trip to Israel during the summer and I loved it. Sure there may be danger and rockets/explosions, but it really depends on where you are in that country.
Beautiful beaches, even more beautiful woman, and tinder does work there. I really enjoyed my time there, the issue is that there isn't exactly services like a resort. The places I stayed at were called "Kibbutz". Its a term used for housing units that you pay very little for and are essentially on your own. You don't get roommates unless you want them, and there is literally no agenda.
When I stayed at a Kibbutz, I was in Haifa. We literally slept until like 11:00, got breakfast, went on a hike, come back to our room, fucked around for a couple hours either going to the pool to meet people, or chilling on our patio chilling. Then around evening time when the sun came down we went into the city and enjoyed the night life.
