Where to ski in VT

alright im heading to killy on jan 1 and 2 but i duno where to go on new year's eve. since im comin from ohio my choices are basically stowe, mt snow, okemo and stratton. what do u guys think?

 
do you like parks? if you do, then stratton is the obvious answer. #2 best terrain parks in NORTH AMERICA, according to SKI magazine, and #6 in north america according to FREEZE. either way, the best on the east coast. It'll be really busy for new years though, so that kinda sucks, but if you're used to the crowds at killy it'll be no big deal.

Okemos park and pipe is sick... but if u hit okemo definately hit Strattonn (pretty close to okemo) and Stowe( 1 hour and a 1/2 away from okemo)

 
I would say Okemo, Stratton is a pain in the ass because there are always way too many people there!

i think right now okemo is my first choice. im not gonna spend a whole day in the park but stratton does look sweet. its gonna be my first trip to VT so im kinda lookin for a resort that has a little bit of everything.

 
ya im on the okemo freestyle team... Okemos good. They got like 8-12 inches lately so conditions should be good.

 
Stratton for park, but jay peak is realy worth the extra drive if u want pow, and ull make up for the extra drive with the smaller lift lines at jay.

who in vermont is going to have the best early season park, im going to vermont around thanksgiving and want to ski some park and just ski the all around best snow...who is going to have it??
